Job Description: SISS Technician Level 4 Night Shifts, London, United Kingdom (On-site)

The Level 4 Rail Maintenance Shift Engineer will work a '4 on 4 off' night shift schedule across four sites on the HS1 rail network, including St Pancras International, Stratford International, Ebbsfleet International, and Singlewell Depot. Flexibility is essential to support 24/7 site operations during team absences and additional activities outside normal shifts.
Level 4 Rail Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on SISS and Telecommunications systems to meet SLAs.
2. Conduct daily reactive maintenance on SISS and Telephony systems.
3. Carry out technical investigations and audits.
4. Execute maintenance activities, both corrective and planned, ensuring effective system restoration and compliance with processes and reporting.
5. Monitor systems remotely to identify issues and implement solutions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will perform maintenance on communication systems, including CCTV, PA, CIS, EACS, Servers, and IP Networks, and must be willing to work 4 on 4 off night shifts. If you have relevant experience and are comfortable working nights, this role may be the next step in your career.
Key Requirements:
* Fault-finding skills with appropriate test equipment experience.
* Experience with CCTV, IP Networks, EACS, CIS, PAVA Server Environments, and copper/fibre cabling.
* Proven IT skills (laptop, Office 365).
* Experience working with SLA-driven maintenance contracts.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
