About the Role
As a Supporter Experience Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving and making calls with excellent customer service to build relationships with RNLI supporters and enquirers.
2. Maintaining knowledge of processes and efficiently using various systems to deliver support in a fast-paced environment.
3. Providing professional, prompt, and appropriate responses and thanking supporters.
4. Meeting engagement and stewardship targets within deadlines and achieving performance indicators and service level agreements.
About You
You should have a background in customer service, with excellent skills, a positive attitude, and experience working in a dynamic, pressurized environment.
You will need a proactive team approach, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent – English essential.
* NVQ Level 2 Customer Service skills or equivalent (desirable).
* Proven customer service skills, including telephone and administrative experience.
* Contact Centre experience (desirable).
* Experience working in an office environment.
* Experience in fundraising and knowledge of databases (beneficial).
