Salary + Hours
* Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
* Hours: 45–48 hour week

What you’ll be running
A buzzing 150-cover city restaurant and bar serving brunch, lunch and all-day goodness, 6 1/2 days a week. Big energy. Fresh food. Proper team spirit.
The headline stuff...
* OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (including bonuses and tips), based on a 45–48 hour week
* Daily staff meals + drinks (yes, actual good ones)

What we need from you
* A Head Chef who knows their craft and cares about the details
* Strong stock and labour control (you know the drill)
* High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
* A leader who trains, mentors and lifts the whole team
* Admin tolerance level: limited and easily manageable (weekly rota + daily orders — we handle the rest)
