Our client, a leading firm with a strong reputation in residential property, is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join its supportive and client-focused team.

The Role:
* Minimum 3 years PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor
* Manage your own caseload with a proven track record as a fee earner
* Handle freehold, leasehold and shared ownership transactions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Deliver matters efficiently, meeting time and fee targets
* Support and develop assistants and paralegals
* Confident handling client enquiries face-to-face, remotely and by phone
* IT literate with experience using web-based case management systems
* Commercially aware with a focus on fee generation and business targets
