JOB PURPOSE: To fully support the operations team in the day to day management of the productions areas. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: The role will encompass: - Provide administrative support to ensure that all systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner - Run mateff reports to manage material yields - Update the TMS anomalies in line with payroll demands - Produce and display all production KPI\u2019s - Holiday planning and administration of overtime - Compile data to assist the management team with any performance management - Support process improvement activities - Involvement in the site maintenance program - Support the planner and cover in their absence - Type correspondence, reports, and other documents - After the appropriate training conduct company quality/risk/other audits - Help coordinate the maintenance, and updates required for SOP WI documents QUALIFICATIONS Educational and professional: - Proven data entry skills - Internal auditor qualifications (desirable but not essential) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE - C. 2-3 years of relevant administration responsibility - Experience of networking across multi-site organisation - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy - Effective verbal and listening skills - Effective written communication skills - Negotiation skills - IT literate to intermediate level on excel, work, outlook.
