Executive Assistant to CEO

The Business:
We're working with a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup operating at the intersection of technology and construction industry.
The business is growing rapidly across the UK, US and internationally, with ambitious plans to scale headcount significantly over the next 12–18 months.
This is a high-performance environment - fast-paced, direct, and output-driven.
The Role:
This is not a traditional EA role.
You'll act as a true right hand to the CEO, taking ownership of their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution.
You'll be expected to:
* Think ahead
* Move fast
* Solve problems without hand-holding
This is a role for someone who wants exposure, ownership, and to operate at the centre of a growing business.
What You'll Own:
* Full ownership of the CEO's calendar and priorities
* Managing complex scheduling across multiple time zones
* Coordinating international travel and logistics
* Acting as a gatekeeper and decision filter for the CEO
* Preparing for key meetings - board, investor, internal
* Managing inbox and drafting communications
* Tracking actions and ensuring follow-through
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Organising events, offsites and leadership meetings
* Identifying inefficiencies and building better systems
* Using tools (including AI) to improve productivity and workflow
