Connectivity–Carrier Management Business Analyst
Sheffield location.
Support Clients Connectivity team with all telecom carrier related matters. You will support the global client to ensure it is receiving the best possible service from its carriers. You will build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure all aspects of carrier management are managed efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Working with suppliers to ensure inventory reconciliation processes are fit for purpose
* Define relevant governance and processes covering key aspects of carrier management such
* Work with internal Client finance/procurement team to ensure optimal commercial terms for
* Build strong and effective relationships with third party carriers
* Participate in contractual discussions, renewals or market evaluations, RFPs
* Ensure management have visibility of carrier performance covering all key metrics
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience within the technology sector with knowledge of the following areas:
* Experience of managing complex IT infrastructure in highly regulated environments
* Strong commercial acumen essential
* Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with stakeholders
