Proficient in formulation techniques and processes. • Follow Procedures: Adherence to laboratory methods, SOPs, and quality standards. • Record Keeping: Ability to maintain accurate records and produce clear lab reports. • Sample Preparation and Testing: Familiarity with laboratory techniques such as viscosity measurement and print proofing. • Information Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; quickly adaptable to bespoke systems. Essential Qualifications: • Minimum 5 GCSEs (grades 9-5) or equivalent with at least 3 years in a laboratory environment; or 3 A levels (grades AC) with at least 1 year in a laboratory; or a degree in Chemistry or a related discipline. • Proficient in common productivity software applications.
