Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Camborne & Bodmin, Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + up to £2.5k onsite allowance pro rata for onsite days.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time or Part Time (22.5 - 37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30.
Role Summary
We are looking for a multi‑skilled Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) to join our team, providing Occupational Health services for an NHS client. This role will include health surveillance, immunisations, bloods, and case management referrals. While case management will form part of the role, the primary focus will be on health surveillance, providing a varied and hands‑on schedule. For full‑time candidates, the role will involve three days on site and two days working from home; part‑time candidates will be on site for three days. The role is expected to go live on 1st August.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse with an Occupational Health Nursing qualification (desirable) or equivalent.
* Current NMC Registration.
* Previous experience in Occupational Health, preferably within the NHS.
* Case management experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
* Ability to travel to the client site on a weekly basis.
