Youllwork with the team to support adults and families within our accommodation services to become tenancy ready and safely move on into settled accommodation.Youllprovide a tailored, person-centred support package to help our customers transition to independence and live a life free from abuse.
Job requirements
1. Help customers transition from safe accommodation to managing their own tenancy, offering group or 1:1 support.
2. Assistcustomers with setting up their home, including utility accounts and other household tasks.
3. Provide housing management and welfare benefit guidance, referring customers toappropriate agencies. Ensure all work is recorded and compliant with contract and organizational standards.
4. Build strong working relationships for multi-agency support, keeping partners updated and attending relevant meetings.
5. Support customers in understanding their rights and responsibilities in accommodation, including a tailored support package to prepare for independence.
