Astutes Power Team are working with a leading Waste Management company who own and operate one of the largest Energy from Waste plants in the UK. We are looking for a Weighbridge Operative to join the team, on nights, as part of their operations department.
As Weighbridge Operative you will be responsible for managing site access and ensuring all incoming deliveries are accurately recorded as per contracts and environmental permits.
This is a week on week off rotation, covering 12 hour shifts Sunday night through to Thursday night. With their existing site already in commercial operation, and a new facility under construction next door, this is an exciting opportunity to join a leading sector employer.

Responsibilities and duties of the Security and Weighbridge Operative role:
Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Maintain the health, safety, and security standards across the site
2. Ensure full site compliance with environmental legislation and regulations
3. Manage plant and equipment operations, including weighbridge inspections and defect reporting
4. Oversee and control all weighbridge movements from start to finish
