Transfer Agency Operational Oversight Manager - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

A bit about the job:
Aviva Investors Global Fund Services has a number of outsourced operations performed by key suppliers. The candidate has an important role in managing the oversight of a number of Aviva Investors UK Fund Services key suppliers, along with helping to deliver a wide-ranging and varied programme of change activity. They are responsible for liaising with all involved parties and stakeholders of the Transfer Agency process both internally and with the supplier to ensure high levels of service are maintained for our clients, while maintaining all applicable risks and controls.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Strong understanding of transfer agency operations, fund structures, and third-party oversight.
2. Proven ability to manage change and deliver operational improvements.
3. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, including MI reporting and risk management.
4. Industry experience, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing workloads in a deadline-oriented environment.
5. Industry-related qualifications (e.g., IOC or IMC) are helpful.
