As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects-from pre-construction planning through to handover. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that every project meets safety, quality, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
* Report regularly to senior management and clients
What We're Looking For
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications desirable.
* Due to the nature of the role, security clearance will be required.
