Operations Coordinator (Lisburn)
The Role:
Cobra Security are currently recruiting for a highly organised, detail-orientated Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Lisburn Head Office. This is a full-time permanent role that is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to play a key role in a busy and growing company.
The right person will deliver operations across the business, supporting the Directors and seeking ways to improve processes and procedures, optimise resources, embrace opportunities and initiatives to improve sales performance. Ultimately, we want you to ensure that both our Clients and Staff have a positive experience whilst ensuring that the highest standards are being maintained.
Duties:
* Coordinating physical security resources / rotas
* Review security rosters, working patterns and assignment instructions
* Managing security systems
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
* Manage and update security-related documentation, reports and records
* Perform data entry and manage in-house systems
* General administration duties
* Dealing with Client and Staff enquires
* Assisting the Directors as required
Normal working hours will be Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700.
