Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a long-term freelance contract on a newly secured project.
Responsibilities
* Carry out procurement and assist in getting the project set up for a start on site in October.
* Split your time between the office, working remotely and the site.
* Lead and manage the £15m new build health club/leisure centre project.
* Manage an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and other trainee level staff.
Qualifications
* Experienced in leisure or hotel projects, especially new build.
* A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential.
* Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
