This is a telecoms-focused building surveying role, working on behalf of landowners rather than the operators themselves. You'll be advising clients on lease renewals, rent reviews, portfolio management, and redevelopment strategies - giving you exposure to a commercial niche that most grads never touch in their first few years.
You will receive full APC support towards MRICS.
