We are seeking a technically driven Sales Engineer to join our client team to help support the growth of the business from the Midlands office.
Salary up to £55,000 + Car + Bonus
This role is suitable for someone looking to expand their experience, get involved in different processes and procedures as the business is growing.
The business is currently investing millions in new facilities across the UK to support their growth from 10 to 50 employees in the next 3-4 years.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to the sales team to identify, develop, and implement gas application solutions for new and existing customers.
* Engage with customers to understand process needs and recommend appropriate gases, technologies, and equipment.
* Deliver compelling technical proposals, presentations, and ROI-based business cases demonstrating the value of our offerings.
* Manage application trials, demonstrations, and commissioning activities on customer sites.
* Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, marketing, and operations to align solutions with customer and market demands.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Support training initiatives for internal teams and customers on application technologies and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* HNC / NVQ or Degree in engineering or a related field
* Solid experience in technical sales
* Strong understanding of applications in industries such as the food sector
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
