We are seeking a highly capable Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing local market team, delivering premium marketing services for one of our largest global clients. In this senior position, you will oversee complex campaign delivery, guide client engagement, and support the operational leadership of shopper and retail marketing initiatives across both physical and digital channels.
Working closely with shopper strategy, performance teams, promotional production specialists, and digital promotions partners, you will ensure a seamless, efficient, and high-quality client experience. You will play a central role in delivering the service, enabling transparency, consistency, and value across marketing investments.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to clients and a key point of coordination internally—driving clarity, momentum, and alignment from brief through to execution. You will support the Operational Team Lead in steering delivery excellence and shaping best practice across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of shopper marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
* Serve as the primary senior contact for clients and internal teams, providing guidance, clarity, and direction.
* Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and documentation, ensuring full visibility and robust control.
* Oversee coordination with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams to maintain alignment across all workstreams.
* Identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalating strategically and proactively where needed.
* Support the Operational Team Lead in preparing and delivering presentations, QBRs, reports, and performance reviews.
* Ensure all work complies with brand guidelines, commercial parameters, and process standards.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of workflow, tools, reporting, and ways of working across the account.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 5+ years’ experience in retail/shopper marketing, client services, or procurement/delivery roles within agency or aggregator environments.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills, with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management capabilities, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Commercially astute, confident in managing budgets and identifying optimisation opportunities.
* Strong understanding of premiums and gifting promotions, procurement processes, and logistics workflows.
* Experience with digital premiums (e.g., coupons, vouchers) and cross-border procurement is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex details clearly across teams.
