We're partnering with an innovative healthcare technology organisation that is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and supporting commercial teams, while gaining exposure to high-profile business projects and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning and maintaining sales reporting and CRM data accuracy
• Producing weekly performance reports and commercial insights
• Supporting dashboard development using Excel and reporting tools
• Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Supporting cross-functional projects and business initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
• Helping drive adoption of commercial systems and best practices
What we're looking for:
✔ Experience in a commercial operations, sales operations, business analyst, or similar role
✔ Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
✔ Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
✔ Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
✔ Proactive mindset with the confidence to work independently
✔ Ability to challenge constructively and drive improvements
Nice to have:
• Power BI or data visualisation experience
• Exposure to project coordination or business operations
• Marketing or commercial campaign support experience
