We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Head of School to join a specialist SEN Alternative Provision in Thrapston on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong educational leader dedicated to supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs through personalised learning, high expectations, and a nurturing environment.

* Contract: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
* Setting: SEN Alternative Provision
The Role
* Support the leadership and daily running of the school
* Drive high standards in teaching, learning, and behaviour
* Lead and develop staff
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with SEN and complex needs
* Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained
Requirements
* QTS, QTLS, or equivalent teaching qualification
* Leadership experience within a school or AP setting
* Strong understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and behaviour support
* Passionate, resilient, and student-focused

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
