Your new role
As a Preschool Assistant, you will be an integral part of our early years team, supporting children in their daily activities. You'll help create a warm, engaging, and safe space where curiosity and creativity flourish.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in planning and delivering fun, educational activities
2. Supporting children's social and emotional development
3. Helping with snack times, outdoor play, and personal care routines
4. Collaborating with teachers to provide a high standard of care
5. Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
6. Passionate about working with young children
7. Patient, kind, and enthusiastic
8. A great team player with excellentmunication skills
9. Understanding of child development and learning through play
