Accounts Assistant
* Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
* Location: Windsor, SL4 (possible parking locally can be arranged but not guaranteed)
* Job Type: Full-time (office based)
* Mon – Fri : 9am – 5.30pm ( some flexibility in start/finish times)
* 28 days holiday / Pension

Day-to-day of the role:
* Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.
* Raising and issuing service charge and ground rent demands.
* Receipting leaseholder payments into the system.
* Performing bank reconciliations.
* Preparing year end service charge accounts packs.
* Dealing with arrears of service charge and ground rent appropriately.
* Dealing with Company Secretarial matters.
* Dealing with insurance renewals and payments.
* Preparing solicitors packs and dealing with solicitor enquiries.
* Dealing with queries raised by colleagues, clients and tenants efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrable strong numerical skills developed in an accounts role ( would not suit a studier )
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to manage time well and adhere to deadlines.
* High level of detail and accuracy.
* Friendly and approachable demeanour.
