Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team, in a beautiful new reformer studio, opening in December. The ideal candidates will be willing to cover daytime/ evening/Saturday sessions. We want the schedule to work for all of our instructors, so please do get in touch even if you can only offer 4 hours a week. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and principles, along with the ability to inspire and motivate clients of all fitness levels. As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide individual guidance, and ensure a safe and effective workout environment.
Responsibilities
* Conduct engaging Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring each session is both challenging and enjoyable.
* Provide personalised instruction and modifications to accommodate individual client needs.
* Demonstrate proper techniques and movements while emphasising the importance of form and alignment.
* Maintain a safe and clean studio environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall fitness.
* Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages client participation and progression.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Pilates training methods.
Skills
* Strong background in sports coaching or fitness instruction, with experience in teaching group classes.
* In-depth knowledge of human anatomy to effectively instruct clients on proper body mechanics.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
* Ability to motivate and inspire clients while fostering a positive learning environment.

Pay: £40.00-£55.00 per hour
