The Role - Service Administrator:
Joining a friendly and fast-paced service department, you'll be responsible for:
Scheduling engineers for planned maintenance and emergency callouts
Managing stock within engineer vans and placing parts orders with suppliers
Liaising with engineers, customers, and internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
No two days are the same – you’ll need to be highly organised, a confident communicator, and ready to handle a fast-moving workload.
About You:
We're looking for someone with previous experience in roles such as:
Service Administrator
Scheduling Assistant
Transport Planner
You'll bring excellent coordination skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
