Join Our Team as an HR Partner!

Are you a people-centric professional ready to make a real impact? Sysco is on the lookout for an engaging HR Partner to join our dynamic depot team in Warrington. This is your chance to drive employee engagement, retention, and attendance while delivering top-notch HR services across our sites!


Your Role

As our HR Partner, you will:

* Drive improvements in employee engagement and retention.
* Provide expert HR guidance and coaching to key stakeholders.
* Utilize data-driven insights to identify challenges and opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with site leaders to align on shared goals.

This role will cover our Bodelwyddan and Wigan sites, so be prepared for some travel! While most of your hours will be standard office hours, flexibility is key as our operations run 24/7.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the local People Plan in line with our HR strategy.
* Coach leaders to enhance effective people management.
* Support the full employee lifecycle with HR centers of expertise.
* Embed talent and development programs, measuring success through KPIs.
* Facilitate talent management and succession planning.
* Train and support managers in leading their teams effectively.
* Analyze people data to drive evidence-based decisions.
* Manage complex ER cases with fairness and consistency.
* Proactively address retention and absence through targeted action plans.
* Lead change initiatives and improvements.
* Ensure a consistent and engaging onboarding experience.
* Conduct benchmarking to maintain market competitiveness.
* Oversee the HR & Payroll Administrator for compliance.
* Support leadership recruitment for high-quality hires.
* Champion colleague wellbeing in daily practices.
* Deliver key projects aligned with the People Plan.


What We’re Looking For

You should have:

* Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Experience in facilitating change and understanding change management challenges.
* CIPD qualification (level 5) or equivalent experience.
* A knack for building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.
