Role Overview
Working in our Children’s Homes involves supporting young people through their daily lives, celebrating their successes and helping them through challenges. Our night support workers play a vital role in enabling young people to recover their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. This role offers rewarding experiences, with opportunities to make meaningful impacts, even through small victories.
Responsibilities
* Providing care and support to young people during the night, including responding to their needs such as trauma, illness, or emotional distress.
* Building trust and rapport with young people to support their emotional well-being.
* Performing household tasks during quieter times, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry.
What We Offer
* Salary: £28,536 - £31,488
* Bonuses: £1,400 Attendance Allowance (dependent on good attendance), £2,000 Regional Allowance, £1,000 Welcome Bonus (upon probation), £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
