About The Role
We are looking for a Solutions Consultant with strong communication and technical skills to join our Solutions team.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will work alongside our Sales team, helping to assess customers needs and challenges and designing tailored solutions using Aspire’s product portfolio.
Our ideal candidate would be an experienced IT Consultant who is an instinctive problem solver and able to create solutions for the long term to resolve these problems for our customers.
Strong communication skills will help you to diagnose the customers challenges and business goals and present the solution to those in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Efficiency is also important to succeed, as you will be managing a diverse workload.
Customer service is key to success in the role living our values are woven through everything we do to guarantee that our service delivery is second to none.
What you will be doing
* Working with the Sales team to identify, qualify and prioritise customer opportunities and presales engagements.
* Providing accurate handover information to the Sales and the Technical Delivery teams, inclusive of technical architecture documentation, bill of materials and a professional services breakdown.
* Completing technical aspects in proposal documentation, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs and presentations.
* Strategic Engagement with key Aspire accounts.
* Run workshops for customers, translating technical concepts into non-technical language and outputs.
* Qualify, scope and deliver POCs for Microsoft 365 products, measuring success criteria and converting to live projects.
You will suit the role if you have
* Subject matter expertise ideally evidenced by professional certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Consultant Expert, Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, VCP-DCV).
* Passion for technology solutions.
* Experience managing technology through mergers and acquisitions.
* A customer focussed attitude.
* Good problem solving skills.
* Experience working in an IT service provider/re-seller environment.

Location and Working Arrangements
You will be based at Aspire’s Gateshead Head Office with travel as required.
Hours of Work
Full time (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
