We are looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Call Handler to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play an important role in making sure they feel supported and well looked after. You will be answering a high volume of calls, logging details accurately in our CRM system, and providing first-line troubleshooting for solar, heat pump, and air conditioning systems. This role would suit someone with a positive outlook, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn. You will thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same, helping customers resolve their queries while offering a calm, reassuring presence. Don’t worry if you are new to the industry—full training on our products and systems will be provided.
