We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft engaging, SEO-driven content across our flower and hamper brands while helping shape and enhance our online presence.
Role purpose
This role offers a great opportunity to leverage your SEO skills on behalf of Prestige Gifting. Reporting to the SEO Manager you'll be part of a high-performance marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Within your first six months, we would expect you to:
* Create SEO-focused copy including product descriptions, category copy, meta descriptions, and titles across our websites.
* Write innovative and original content that inspires and captivates our target audiences.
* Develop a clear and consistent brand tone across all written content.
* Support the SEO Manager in reviewing and adapting copy-writing strategies.
* Undertake keyword research and analysis to shape our content approach.
* Contribute to competitor analysis to identify opportunities and insights.
* Learn to leverage AI-powered tools and technology to support contact creation and increase efficiency.
* Suggest improvements and approve Digital PR articles across multiple brands.
* Work collaboratively with wider teams, including Digital PR, Technical and Paid Search.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Exceptional writing and communication skills.
* Education or experience in journalism, English language/literature, or a related field.
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
* Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work with others in a team.
* A working knowledge of uploading content into a website's CMS.
* An understanding of SEO and how to incorporate best practices into copy-writing.
* Familiarity with key content and SEO tools (Ahrefs,SEMrush, etc).
* Interest in web analytics, with the ability to use data to back up recommendations.
* A genuine interest in marketing trends and a desire to apply them to our services.
Working hours
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, which includes 1-hour unpaid lunch break
* 37.5 hours per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
