Sprayer Operator - The Job Role Details: As Sprayer Operator, you will be responsible for safely and accurately applying agrochemicals and fertilisers using self-propelled and/or trailed crop sprayers. You'll play a key role in maintaining the health and performance of the farm's arable crops, while also contributing to wider operations including cultivations and drilling. Sprayer Operator - Key Responsibilities: * Operate crop sprayers in accordance with legislation and agronomic requirements * Ensure machinery is calibrated, maintained, and checked regularly * Keep accurate spray records and adhere to farm and health & safety protocols * Assist with wider arable tasks including cultivations, drilling, and fieldwork * Work proactively and independently to a high standard across all duties Sprayer Operator - Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications: You will have/be: * PA1 and PA2 spray certificates - essential * Experienced in operating sprayers and working on arable farms * Confident in understanding crop growth stages and chemical use * Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Competent in record-keeping and machinery maintenance * A full UK driving licence How to Apply: Please click on the "apply now" button.
