Norse Groups Support Services Division has an exciting opportunity for a Bids Administrator to join our Sales and Bids team based at our new Head Office on Fifers Lane in Norwich. This will be a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The role
As the Bid Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration tasks for the Sales and Bids team, you will support the day to day operations through identifying opportunities, maintaining records, and communicating with external contacts. Alongside this you will;
1. Review multiple bids inboxes daily and log any opportunities of interest on our internal CRM system
2. Liaise with internal stakeholders to accurately complete framework MI submissions in a timely fashion
3. Support with data upload to maintain accurate records on our internal CRM system
4. Support the completion of standard bid documents e.g. Standard Selection Questionnaires
5. Ensuring tender documentation is available for / distributed to the Bid Team and relevant Operational Departments
6. Maintaining records relevant to the distribution of information, data and documents including:
7. Coordinating and administrating tender documents, queries, amendments and updates
8. Recording and monitoring outstanding action points
9. Storing and controlling the original documentation
