What You’ll Be Doing
* You’re the Ultimate Party Starter—coaching, motivating, and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service with energy and passion.
* Developing an Assistant Manager or guiding a new bartender, helping your team grow and thrive.
* Manage busy nights and tricky moments calmly, ensuring smooth, professional service even under pressure.
* Ensure the venue is compliant, efficient, and always ready to go.
* Manage stock, rotas, budgets, payroll, and P&L with confidence—keeping the business commercially strong.
* Lead by example on standards, ensuring the bar always looks great and delivers consistent quality.
* Bring energy and creativity—launching new events, improving service, and finding ways to increase sales.
* Work closely with Brand and Support Centre teams to position your venue as a must-visit destination and a great place to work.

* Experience: as a General Manager in a bar or hospitality environment.
