Job Description
* Set up and maintain the bar area according to standards and procedures
* Provide excellent guest service, including warm greetings, personalised attention, and prompt order-taking
* Prepare and serve drinks and snacks efficiently, ensuring proper temperature and quality
* Create new beverages and cocktails, upsell products, and promote food and beverage offers to maximise sales revenue
* Handle billing accurately and process payments
* Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
* Manage stock, including ordering supplies and preparing garnishes
* Report complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management and actively seek guest feedback
* Clean and maintain operational equipment and implement cost-control measures
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
* Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
* Certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
