The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team.
You’ll be working across a variety of creative outputs - from YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics to campaign posters and motion elements for videos.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with YouTube / thumbnail experience - we can train you on that. What matters most is your ability to use the tools well, work quickly under deadlines, and bring strong creative instincts to each project.
What You’ll Do
* Design YouTube thumbnails and promotional posters
* Create social media assets to support upcoming videos and campaigns
* Deliver multiple iterations and concepts where needed
* Collaborate closely with editors, producers, and the creative team
* (Bonus) Create simple motion graphics or exports in Premiere Pro / After Effects
What We’re Looking For
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (essential)
* Fast, iterative design workflow — comfortable delivering multiple versions quickly
* A good eye for composition, colour, and visual storytelling
* (Bonus) Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects for motion exports
* Able to work hybrid from our North London office once or twice a week, or remotely if you’re the right fit
