This company specialises in providing live in care/home care and support to our customers throughout the Birmingham, Sandwell and Solihull region. We are currently recruiting a full time coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team. This role will involve mainly office based duties. Duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers and care assistants
* Coordinating care packages - care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents and incidents
* Creating and maintaining rotas using our Rota software
* Dealing with new customer enquiries
