Part time Senior Support Worker – £13.92 per hour
Shifts: 21 hours a week.
Shift Pattern: 07:30‑15:00 / 14:45‑22:15
Location
Orchard House, Withington
Responsibilities
* Support the Team Leader and manage medication.
* Build strong relationships with residents, family, friends and healthcare professionals.
* Keep the Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress.
* Follow guidelines and policies and write care plans.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
* Flexible, patient, caring, organised and strong communication skills.
* Completed or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
