Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Senior Florist based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Florist will lead the design and creation of high-quality floral arrangements tailored for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, special celebrations, and more. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day florist operations, mentoring junior team members, sourcing and maintaining fresh flowers, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. The role also involves contributing creative ideas for floral workshops and speciality offerings.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Floral Design, including creating custom arrangements for events, weddings, and special occasions.
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Client Consultation to understand and deliver on customer preferences and needs.
* Organisational and Leadership abilities to oversee operations, mentor staff, and ensure workflow efficiency.
* Knowledge of Sustainable Sourcing and care for fresh flowers, ensuring quality and adherence to environmental standards.
* Creative and Artistic skills to innovate and design visually compelling floral displays and installations.
* Experience with Inventory Management and flower procurement processes.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant certifications or training in floral design are a plus.
