Join our dedicated team in Avonmouth as a Driver Development Officer on the Argos contract—where you'll combine your professional driving expertise with coaching and developing others to help our operation deliver excellence every day.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Spending time on the road (around 60%), completing delivery routes while assessing and supporting driver performance.
* Delivering in‑cab coaching and conducting practical assessments to ensure safe and efficient driving standards.
* Working in the office to complete training sessions, review performance data, and support new drivers through the onboarding process.
