National Account Manager - Grocery
£50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + 15% Bonus + Benefits (near Uxbridge - Hybrid)
A fantastic opportunity for and experienced NAM to join a leading business supporting well-known range of food brands and products.
An exciting role with plenty of autonomy leading on the relationships, distribution and growth within 3 of the top accounts (Tesco, Asda & Morrisons)
You will bring a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth as well as strong commercial acumen, analytical skills & experience of developing strong buying/trading relationships.
Reporting into the Sales and Marketing Director with the support of a well-structured team including Sales, Marketing, NPD, Finance, Purchasing and customer services.
Candidates will bring:
* Preferably experience in managing & growing business within Tesco, Asda, Morrisons/leading supermarkets
* Experience of portfolio business working across multiple brands & large product ranges.
* Strong commercial acumen and high business awareness.
* Track record in agreeing & executing Business Plans.
* Experience and desire to sell, negotiate and make things happen…. think big, act fast, find a solution and thrive on it.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills communicate confidently and collaboratively with customers and colleagues.
* A network of relevant contacts within Grocery/key supermarket accounts would be desirable as would prior experience with Iceland/Farmfoods.
