Job Description
3. Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
4. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain a healthy cash flow.
5. Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients regarding account queries and payments.
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the accounting process.
10. Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful German Speaking AR should have:
11. Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
12. Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
13. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
14. Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
15. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
17. A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external stakeholders.
