We’re looking for a senior web designer to create user-centered, appealing and effective web solutions in our London office. In this role, you will work with our creative and content designers, marketers, and engineers to develop consistent UI and UX experiences throughout the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, designing effective sign-up flows, evolving our design system, and collaborating within a cross-functional team. If you are passionate about intuitive interface design and have an excellent eye for visual design, we’d love to meet you!
Your new adventure:
1. Deliver effective design solutions for website flows, community pages, knowledge base, and blog, aligned with marketing and product roadmaps.
2. Conceptualize innovative website concepts to drive engagement and improve the customer journey through experiments.
3. Define requirements and present them convincingly to stakeholders.
4. Embrace an iterative design process, incorporating feedback and data-driven insights into design solutions.
5. Create user flows and sitemaps to ensure easy website navigation.
6. Maintain a consistent brand and UI/UX experience across the customer journey.
7. Collaborate with designers to refine Pipedrive’s design language and mentor junior colleagues.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
9. Communicate effectively and advocate for user needs throughout development.
10. Plan and execute smaller projects and seek improvements for overall website quality.
11. Participate in the design community, promote knowledge sharing, and foster collaboration.
Does this sound like you?
1. 5+ years of experience in web or product design.
2. Experience in user research, testing, and incorporating data and design thinking.
3. Strong understanding of web strategies, development, and project management.
4. Excellent communication skills to lead discussions and give feedback.
5. Ability to work independently, manage stress, and take ownership.
6. Proficiency in industry design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with CMS systems; HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
7. Fluency in English.
