Estimating Leader

Sector: Power (ICP)
Base Salary: £120k

Our client is a leading Contractor in the UK infrastructure sector and now expanding into the US with a particular focus on the ICP Power Sector.
Due to a combination of the implementation of a bold growth strategy and succession planning, they are now looking to appoint a Estimating Lead for this integral part of the business.
The Role
* Will Report to the Business Development Director with a side report to the Estimating Director.
* Will manage a dedicated team of experienced Estimators.
* Will develop best practice procedures, with a view to be rolled at Group level.
* Will oversee the quality fo the Estimates being drafted by the team.
The Person
* Will ideally be of Degree education but not essential.
* Experience as an Estimator in the UK ICP Power sector.
