Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations across the home improvement group
* Improve systems, processes, accountability, and efficiencies
* Manage operational teams and performance KPIs
* Support regional and national expansion plans
* Work closely with directors on strategic growth initiatives
* Improve customer journey, scheduling, and operational delivery
* Build scalable infrastructure and operational systems
* Support recruitment, reporting, leadership management, and business performance
What We’re Looking For
* Strong operational leadership experience
* Proven ability to improve systems and business performance
* Commercial and growth-focused mindset
* Strong organisational and people management skills
* Ability to work within a fast-moving entrepreneurial business
* Experience within home improvements, construction, property, or multi-site operations would be advantageous
* Hands-on mentality with strong leadership capability
