Facilities Co-ordinator - Kings Lynn Summary This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the the Felbrigg, Oxburgh and Peckover portfolio. We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Oxburgh Estate and Peckover House in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place. With its castle-like exterior and panoramic views, Oxburgh Estate's team love working in this beautiful environment. Surrounded by 185 areas of parkland we welcome 100,000 visitors per year. Oxburgh is a fast growing visitor business, and we are at a crucial point for developing our vision and plans for the next 10 years. Peckover House is a secret gem, an oasis hidden away in an urban environment. A classic Georgian merchant's house, it was lived in by the Peckover family for 150 years. Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be making sure that Oxburgh Estate and Peckover House operate as it should, by running an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co-ordinating deliveries and collections.
