WE’RE HIRING: Part Time Barista
As a Barista, you will:
* Prepare drinks to recipe standards and maintain strong product & allergen knowledge
* Deliver excellent customer service and promote our menu, offers and loyalty app
* Keep the store clean, organised and well presented at all times
* Support store operations including opening/closing and stock management
* Manage and create content for the store’s TikTok account
* Complete required training and support the team with shift cover when needed
* Help drive sales to meet store targets
* Complete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the company

YOU ARE:
* Experience in driving a high-sales, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
* Proactive, with a “can do” attitude
* Passionate about people, service, and personal development
* Open to learning and sharing your knowledge with others
* Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
* Reliable, punctual, and ready to make a difference
* Eligible to work legally in the UK
