Executive Administrator – Private Client Location: Clitheroe
Private Client team is looking to recruit an experienced Executive Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative support. This key role requires exceptional organisation, accuracy, and professionalism, with strong IT skills in the Case Management System.
The successful candidate will ensure the team operates efficiently, meets compliance standards, and delivers an excellent client experience. The candidate should be confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively at all levels, with keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a commercial environment.
Typical Duties Include:
* Managing and maintaining all department files (hard copy and SOS), including matter opening, ID checks, matter closing, archiving, and ongoing data updates.
* Producing, formatting, and filing documents, copies, and scans.
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal Office Manual processes.
* Managing the billing process and liaising with the Finance team.
* Technical typing.
* Handling incoming calls for the team.
* Managing department diaries and arranging meetings.
* Contributing to operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Previous experience in legal administration, ideally within a Private Client department.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and planning skills, with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Self‑motivated with a desire to learn and progress.
* Strong IT skills.
* Confident client‑facing manner.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
Desirable:
* Experience using the SOS Case Management System.
