Who You Are We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals to regain independence. You should have a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have a professional Occupational Therapy qualification and be registered with the HCPC. A valid full UK driving license is essential for conducting visits to clients in various settings. What the Job Involves As a pivotal member of our Reablement Team, you will have a positive impact on individuals' lives post-hospitalization by rebuilding their confidence and promoting independence. You will conduct strengths-based assessments, design innovative reablement plans, and ensure the delivery of personalized care to individuals within your diverse caseload. Your role will involve providing professional support, supervising team members, and acting as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule and will benefit from the support of our Principal Occupational Therapist and opportunities for career progression.
