Driving accurate reporting, streamlined operations and continuous improvement across our Cookstown site In this role you’ll produce clear, meaningful reporting and help strengthen decision-making across the site: Deliver daily, weekly and monthly yield and labour reports, calling out trends, risks and opportunities. Analyse labour variances, efficiencies and overtime, providing insight and challenge to Operational Managers. Maintain weekly operational finance trackers and support follow-up actions that drive performance. Support wider Finance tasks to ensure accurate and timely site reporting. Contribute to the Monthly Operations CI Pack and monthly Finance Check-In Pack. Champion continuous improvement by identifying smarter, quicker and more reliable ways of working. Our new Junior Operations Accountant (interim) will sit right at the centre of our Cookstown site, where they will be supporting all aspects of site finance, from yield reporting to insight and continuous improvement.
