Our T1/T2 client urgently requires a contract based Design Engineer for a high value, niche component project to be based along the M40 corridor, UK.
The client is a manufacturer of high end, supercar level vision systems to include cameras and mirrors and is looking to establish and develop a UK based engineering and design team.
Please note that whilst there is no visa assistance available on this role, there is a possibility of EU passport holders being considered as our client is based within the EU.
As a result, there is also the potential for the role to be outside IR35, but not confirmed

The Design Engineer;
The successful candidate will be expected to have 5 to 10 years of automotive and / or motorsport experience, ideally with some broad whole vehicle work, allowing them to take some design responsibility supercar level automotive projects.
The candidates will be expected to have wide range of design and engineering experience, including as many as possible of the following:
Minimum of 6yrs in anger use of CATIA V5/V6 in a motorsport / supercar environment
Whole vehicle concept and layout
