Location: Skegness/Boston/Mablethorpe
Salary: £47,000 base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to oversee NHS audiology services across multiple clinics. This is primarily a clinic-based role, ideal for an established Audiologist looking to take the next step in their career. While you will continue providing hands-on patient care, you will also mentor colleagues, support clinical standards, and help drive continuous improvement across your teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to colleagues across designated clinics
* Support staff development and uphold clinical standards through coaching and quality oversight
* Deliver high-quality audiology care, including assessments, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up support
* Maintain accurate and compliant patient records in line with HCPC, GDPR, and company standards
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives while ensuring a patient-focused approach
Qualifications & Skills
* Degree in Audiology or equivalent; HCPC/AHCS registered (or eligible)
* Minimum 3 years’ UK experience as a qualified Audiologist
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
* Excellent organisational ability and technical proficiency in audiology equipment and software
* Full UK driving licence
